A comprehensive assessment at Red Oak Hearing typically takes 45–60 minutes. We test your hearing across a full range of sounds and review the results with you in detail.
No referral is needed. You can reach out directly by phone or email to book.
Audiology assessments are generally not covered by Manitoba Health for adults, but many extended health plans include coverage. We can help you check your benefits.
Adults over 50 should have a hearing test every 1–2 years. If you notice any change in your hearing at any age, book sooner.

Absolutely — many of our appointments are booked by adult children for a parent. Family members are welcome to sit in on the appointment and the results discussion; a second set of ears often helps.
